All reports of defects must always be sent to Fastighetsägarna Service
Fastighetsägarna Service AB is the association’s technical manager. All questions related to defects in the apartment (eg heating, water, sewage, ventilation, electricity, doors and windows), in our houses (gates, garbage inlets, lifts, laundry rooms, etc) or outdoors, for example at yards, should be reported to the customer service of Fastighetsägarna Service. Give your name, apartment number and how you can be reached. You can also report defects via email to kundservice@fastighetsagarna.se.
Advice on renovation
Fastighetsägarna Service has a roof of one hour counseling per renovation case, if you need more counseling hours, Fastighetsägarna Service will charge 870 SEK per hour.

SBC is the association’s financial administrator. Charges, transfers, claims handling, fixed parkinglot payment and any other matters relating to the economy is answered by SBC Customer Service 0771-722 722 every weekday from 07:00 to 21:00.
